Age Limit
The age limit varies by post. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India norms.

- Junior Engineer (Civil): Up to 30 years

- Library & Information Assistant: Up to 30 years

- Senior Stenographer: Up to 33 years
- Pharmacist: Up to 27 years
- Stenographer: Up to 27 years
- Senior Assistant: Up to 33 years
- Senior Technician: Up to 33 years
- Technician: Up to 27 years
- Junior Assistant: Up to 27 years
Educational Qualification
- Technical Assistant: First Class B.E./B.Tech./MCA or First Class Diploma in Engineering or First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Master’s Degree in Science in the relevant field.
- Junior Engineer (Civil): First Class B.E./B.Tech. or First Class Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- SAS Assistant: First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education.
- Library & Information Assistant: First Class Bachelor's Degree in Science/Arts/Commerce and Bachelor's Degree in Library and Information Science.
- Superintendent: First Class Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any discipline. Knowledge of computer applications is essential.
- Senior Stenographer: 10+2 with a minimum shorthand speed of 100 w.p.m.
- Pharmacist: 10+2 in Science, plus a 2-year Diploma in Pharmacy with experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma). Must be a registered Pharmacist.
- Stenographer: 10+2 with a minimum shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m.
- Senior Assistant: 10+2 with a minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in computer applications.
- Senior Technician: Senior Secondary (10+2) with Science, or 10+2 with ITI, or 10th with ITI (2 years), or a Diploma in Engineering in the relevant trade.
- Technician: Senior Secondary (10+2) with Science, or 10+2 with ITI, or 10th with ITI (2 years), or a Diploma in Engineering in the relevant trade.
- Junior Assistant: Senior Secondary (10+2) with a minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in computer applications.
Selection Process
The selection process for most posts will consist of multiple stages:
- Stage-I: Screening Test (Qualifying in nature)
- Stage-II: Skill Test / Proficiency Test (Qualifying in nature)

final merit list)
Candidates must qualify in each stage to be eligible for the next.

- The application link will be activated from 28.08.2025.
- Fill out the online application form carefully with all the required details.
- Upload self-attested copies of all necessary documents, including educational qualifications, experience, caste certificate, etc.
- Pay the applicable application fee through the online payment gateway.
- Review and submit the completed application form before the deadline of 27.09.2025.
- No hard copy of the application form needs to be sent to the Institute.
