Educational Qualification & Experience
- Head (Product, Investment & Research): Graduation/Post Graduation with 15 years of experience in financial services.
- Zonal Head (Retail): Graduation with 15 years of experience in sales management.
- Regional Head: Graduation with 12+ years of experience in relationship management.
- Relationship Manager-Team Lead: Graduation with 8 years of experience in relationship management.
- Investment Specialist: PG Degree/Diploma or CA/CFA with 6 years of experience as an investment advisor.
- Investment Officer: PG Degree/Diploma or CA/CFA with 4 years of experience as an investment advisor.
- Project Development Manager: MBA/PGDM with 5 years of experience in banking/wealth management.
- Central Research Team: Graduation in Commerce/Finance with 3 years of experience in financial services.
Selection Process
The selection process will consist of the following stages:
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, which carries 100 marks.
- CTC Negotiation: Final negotiation of the Cost-to-Company (CTC) package will be done with the selected candidates.
A merit list will be prepared based on the performance in the interview.
