BHEL Haridwar has announced a significant opportunity for recent ITI graduates with 176 vacancies for Trade Apprenticeship.
The selection process is purely merit-based, relying on a combination of ITI (70%) and High School (30%) marks, eliminating the need for a written exam.
Notably, candidates with a Domicile Certificate from Uttarakhand will be given preference in the selection process.

Educational Qualification
Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:
- Passed High School (10th Standard).
- Passed ITI (as a regular candidate) in the relevant trade in the year 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025.

Institute Recognition:
- For Fitter, Machinist, Turner, Draftsman (Mech.), and Foundryman trades: ITI from an NCVT-recognized institute.
- For Welder and Electrician trades: ITI from an NCVT or SCVT-recognized institute.

Minimum Marks in ITI:
- General/EWS/OBC (NCL) candidates: 65%
- SC/ST candidates: 60%
How to Apply
The application process involves three main steps:
- Register on Apprenticeship Portal: First, candidates must register themselves on the National Apprenticeship portal at apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. Ensure your Aadhaar is verified on the portal.

- Fill in all details accurately.
- Upload a recent passport-size photograph (JPG/JPEG, max 30 KB).
- Upload required documents in PDF format (max 500 KB each), including High School & ITI marksheets, Aadhaar card, Caste/EWS certificate (if applicable), etc.
- Send Hard Copy of Documents: After successful online submission, take a printout of the Acknowledgement Slip. Send this slip along with self-attested photocopies of all required documents by post or submit in person to the address below. The envelope should be superscribed with "Application for Trade Apprentice Training 2025" and the "Trade Name". The deadline to receive the hard copy is 04.08.2025.
