Application Fees

The fee must be paid online via debit card, credit card, or internet banking. The application fee is non-refundable.
Eligibility Criteria
All eligibility criteria, including age and educational qualifications, must be met as of the last date of the online application, i.e., 05/08/2025. Candidates must have passed the required qualifications before the notification date (05/07/2025).
Age Limit (as on 05/08/2025)
- Non-ITI: Candidates should have completed 15 years of age and should not be more than 22 years old.
- ITI: Candidates should have completed 15 years of age and should not be more than 24 years old.
- Age Limit for Welder & Carpenter (ITI): 15 to 22 years only.
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- OBC: 3 Years
- Persons with Disability (PWD): UR - 10 years, OBC - 13 years, SC/ST - 15 years.
Educational Qualification
- For Non-ITI: The candidate must have passed the 10th class examination or its equivalent (under the 10+2 system) with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized board.
- For ITI: The candidate must have passed the 10th class examination or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks AND must have passed the ITI in the relevant trade from an NCVT/SCVT recognized institute.
How to Apply
- Visit the official BLW apprentice portal: https://apprenticeblw.in.
- Choose to apply for either the ITI or Non-ITI category. A candidate can apply for only one.
- Register by providing your basic details, a valid email ID, and a mobile number.
- Fill out the online application form carefully with details as per your matriculation certificate.

Upload the required documents in JPG/JPEG/BMP format:
- High School (10th) mark sheet and certificate.
- ITI certificate (for ITI candidates).
- Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC), if applicable. OBC (NCL) certificate must be issued on or after 01/01/2025.
- Recent color passport-size photograph (20-50 kb) with a white background, name, and date printed on it.
- Scanned signature (10-20 kb).
- Pay the application fee of Rs. 100/- (if applicable) through the online payment gateway.
- Verify all details and submit the final application form before the deadline of 05/08/2025.
