Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
The upper age limit varies by post as of the last date of application:
- Design Engineer E1: 30 Years
- Senior Design Engineer E2: 33 Years
- Principal Design Engineer E3: 37 Years
- Technical Manager E4: 41 Years
- Senior Technical Manager E5: 46 Years
- Chief Technical Manager E6 / Consultant: 50-65 Years
Relaxations for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-servicemen) are applicable as per Government of India norms.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications from an AICTE/UGC approved institution. Candidates awaiting final results, or who will get their degree by 31st July 2025, are also eligible.
- B.E / B.Tech: In Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or Information Science with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- MCA: With B.Sc/BCA with 60% or equivalent CGPA.
- M.Sc: In Computer Science, Electronics, or Mathematics with 60% or equivalent CGPA.
- PG Diploma: In VLSI, HPC, Embedded Systems, AI/ML.
- M.E / M.Tech: In Microelectronics/VLSI, Electronic System Design, Computer Science, AI/ML, Applied Mathematics, Photonics.
- Ph.D: In Microelectronics/VLSI, Computer Science, AI/ML, Photonics.
