Eligibility Criteria

All eligibility criteria (age, qualification, experience) will be calculated as of 30.06.2025.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 22 years
• Maximum Age: 30 years

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
• OBC Candidates: 3 years
• Candidates with work experience in capital markets/financial services will receive an age relaxation equal to their experience, up to a maximum of 10 years.

Educational Qualification

• CFO: Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) / ICWA / MBA Finance.
• Company Secretary & Compliance Officer: Graduation with 50% marks and Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI). LLB/LLM is preferred.
• Institutional Dealer: Degree with a minimum of 50% marks in any discipline.
• Compliance: Degree with a minimum of 50% marks in any discipline.
• Surveillance: Degree with a minimum of 50% marks in any discipline.
• Research: MBA (Finance) from a recognized institute or CFA.
• Marketing: Graduate in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Junior Officer on Contract-Marketing: Graduate in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks.
• DPRM Trainee - Marketing: Graduate in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks. Freshers can apply.
