- Project Superintendent (Technical): 57 years
- Dy. Project Officer: 40 to 45 years (Varies by discipline)
- Consultants: 62 to 63 years

Educational Qualification
- Manager (Technical): Full-time Engineering Graduate in Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical / Naval Architecture.
- Project Superintendent (Technical): Full-time Engineering Graduate in Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical or related disciplines.
- Dy. Project Officer (Technical/Submarine/Civil/Design): Engineering Graduate or Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline.
- Dy. Project Officer (HR): Full-time Graduate with a Post Graduate degree in Management (HR/Personnel) or Post Graduate in Law.
- Dy. Project Officer (Security): Graduation or Diploma.
- Dy. Project Officer (Corporate Communication): Graduate with Post-Graduation in Mass Communication.
- Senior Consultant (Design): Graduate degree in Naval Architecture/Ship Building.
- Senior Consultant (Legal): Graduate with LLB or Degree in Law.
- Senior Consultant (Business Development): B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Consultant (Submarine): Engineering Graduate or Diploma in Engineering.
- Consultant (Delhi Office): Graduate degree in any discipline.
