Application Fees

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 20 years
• Maximum Age: 30 years
• The age will be calculated as of 01/07/2025.
• Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02/07/1995 and not later than 01/07/2005 (both dates inclusive).
• Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.

Educational Qualification

• IT Officer (Scale I): A 4-year Engineering/Technology Degree in Computer Science/Applications, IT, Electronics, or related fields OR a Post Graduate Degree in a relevant IT/Electronics field OR Graduate with DOEACC ‘B’ level.
• Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I): A 4-year degree (graduation) in Agriculture or allied subjects like Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, Fishery Science, etc.
• Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I): Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level OR a Post Graduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree level.
• Law Officer (Scale I): A Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and must be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council.
• HR/Personnel Officer (Scale I): Graduate and a two-year full-time Post Graduate degree or diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, HR, HRD, Social Work, or Labour Law.
• Marketing Officer (Scale I): Graduate and a two-year full-time MMS (Marketing), MBA (Marketing), or a two-year full-time PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM with a specialization in Marketing.

Note: The final result of the qualifying examination must have been declared on or before 21.07.2025.

4. Click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to register by providing your basic details.
5. Upload your scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration as per the guidelines.
6. Fill in the remaining details in the application form carefully.
7. Pay the required application fee online.
8. After final submission, take a printout of the application form and the e-receipt for your records.
