Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

(as of 11/08/2025)

• Minimum Age: 15 years
• Maximum Age (Non-ITI): 22 years
• Maximum Age (Ex-ITI): 24 years

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years
• PwBD: 10 years

Educational Qualification

Ex-ITI Candidates:

• Fitter, Electrician & Machinist: Passed 10th (with a minimum of 50% marks) with Science & Maths, plus a National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the relevant trade.
• Carpenter, Painter & Welder: Passed 10th (with a minimum of 50% marks), plus a National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the relevant trade.
• PASAA: Passed 10th (with a minimum of 50% marks), plus a National Trade Certificate in the trade of Computer Operator and Programming Assistant or equivalent.

Freshers (Non-ITI):

• Fitter, Electrician & Machinist: Passed 10th (with minimum 50% aggregate marks) with Science & Maths.
• Carpenter, Painter & Welder: Passed 10th (with minimum 50% aggregate marks).
• MLT (Radiology & Pathology): Passed 12th examination with Physics, Chemistry & Biology.

1. Visit the official ICF application portal at https://pb.icf.gov.in/act2025.
2. Click on the YES checkmark for the declaration and submit.
3. Fill the online application form with correct personal and academic details.
4. Upload a recent passport-size photograph (max 200 KB, JPG/JPEG format) and other required documents.
5. Pay the application fee of ₹100 (if applicable) through the online payment gateway. SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates are exempted from the fee.
6. Review the application form carefully before final submission.
7. Submit the form and download or print the final acknowledgement for future reference.
