Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 30 years as on the closing date of application.

- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-creamy layer): 3 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD): Up to 15 years as per rules.
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India norms.
Educational Qualification
- Accounts Officer / Asst. Manager (Finance): Must be a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI), with two years of relevant executive experience.
- Asst. Executive Engineer (Civil) / Asst. Manager (Infrastructure): A degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university with two years of relevant executive experience.
- Asst. Manager (Admin / Personnel & IR) / Asst. Personnel Officer / Asst. Secretary: A degree from a recognized university. Additionally, a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Work/Labour Welfare or a Degree in Law is required, along with two years of relevant executive experience.
- Asst. Manager (Traffic Operations) / Asst. Traffic Manager: A degree from a recognized university with two years of executive experience in Shipping/Cargo Operations/Railway Transportation.
- Asst. Estate Manager: Degree with a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Town & Country Planning OR a Degree in Civil Engineering OR Corporate Membership of the Institution of Surveyor (India). A degree in Law is a desirable (not mandatory) qualification.
