• Young Professional (Graduates): Up to 32 years.
• Young Professional (Technician): Up to 30 years.
• Age relaxation may be provided by the competent authority on a case-to-case basis.

Educational Qualification

• Advisor:
  • Retired Government Officers (Joint Secretary/E9 level or equivalent) with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Project Management/Business Development in the Telecom industry or Data Centre.
  • OR Candidates from private organizations with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Consultancy/Project Management/Business Development in the Telecom industry or Data Centre.
• Consultant:
  • Retired Government Officers (Deputy Secretary/E6 level or equivalent) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in handling Telecom projects (like Bharatnet, GPON, etc.).
  • OR Candidates from private organizations with a minimum of 10 years of experience in handling similar Telecom projects.
• Associate Consultant:
  • Retired Government/Telecom industry personnel with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Networking or handling Telecom projects (like Bharatnet, GPON, etc.).
  • OR Candidates from private organizations with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Networking or handling similar Telecom projects.
• Young Professional (Graduates):
  • B.E/B.Tech in ECE/EE/Civil/CS/IT/Mech from a recognized University.
• Young Professional (Technician):
  • Diploma in ECE/EE/Civil/CS/IT/Mech.
