Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be a resident of Kargil District and possess a valid Domicile Certificate.

Age Limit

(as on 01/01/2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age (General): 40 years
• Upper Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST/ALC: 45 years
  • PwBD: 50 years
  • PwBD with SC/ST/ALC: 55 years
  • Relaxation for Ex-Servicemen and Government Employees as per rules.

Educational Qualification

The educational qualifications vary for each post. Below are some examples:

• Junior Assistant: Graduate from a recognized University with a minimum 6-month certificate course in Computer Applications and a typing speed of not less than 35 words per minute.
• Veterinary Pharmacists: 10+2 with Science (Medical).
• Forest Guard / Wildlife Guard: 10+2 with specified subjects (Maths/Physics/Chemistry/Biology) along with prescribed physical standards.
• Driver: 10th pass with a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license.
• Lineman / Electrician / Plumber: Matriculate with a one-year National Trade Certificate/State Trade Certificate (ITI) in the relevant trade.
• Orderly / Chowkidar / Attendant: Minimum Matriculation and Maximum 10+2.

2. Click on the "New User Registration" link to create your profile. This is a one-time process.
3. Log in using the registered User ID and Password.
4. Find the "Advertisement Notice No. 01 OF 2025" and click on "Apply Now" against the desired post.
5. Fill out the online application form with correct details.
6. Upload a scanned passport-size photograph and signature in JPEG format (20KB to 100KB).
7. Pay the required application fee through the online payment gateway.
8. Review your application and submit it.
9. Take a printout of the final submitted application form for your records.
