Eligibility Criteria
The cut-off date for reckoning eligibility (age, qualification, experience) is 28/07/2025.
Age Limit
- Junior Manager: Maximum 30 years
- Assistant General Manager (AGM): Maximum 45 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Departmental Candidates: As per Government of India rules.
Educational Qualification
For both posts, candidates must possess:
- Graduation AND
- CA/CMA or Engineering Graduate with MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/Institute.
Experience
For Junior Manager (M-2 Grade):
- Minimum Experience: 2 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounting, preparation of Accounts, Budgeting, Costing, Audit, etc., preferably in a Mining/Manufacturing industry.
- For Govt./PSU Candidates: Must have worked for at least 2 years in the pay scale of ₹37,000-1,30,000 (IDA) or equivalent.
- For Private Sector Candidates: Must have a minimum annual CTC of ₹11.99 Lakhs for the last 2 years.
For Assistant General Manager (M-7 Grade):
- Minimum Experience: 12 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields as mentioned above.
- For Govt./PSU Candidates: Must have worked for at least 2 years in the pay scale of ₹90,000-2,40,000 (IDA) or equivalent.
- For Private Sector Candidates: Must have a minimum annual CTC of ₹29.15 Lakhs for the last 2 years.
Experience in SAP environment and knowledge of Custom Regulations and Tax Laws is preferred for both posts.
