Important Dates

The recruitment is through a walk-in process scheduled on different dates for each post. Registration for each post will be held from 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM on the respective dates.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

The age will be calculated as of the date of registration.

• For Assistant Roles (Fitter & Diesel Mechanic):
  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age (General): 30 years
  • Maximum Age (OBC-NCL): 33 years
  • Maximum Age (SC/ST): 35 years
• For Supervisor Role:
  • Minimum Age: 24 years
  • Maximum Age (General): 45 years
  • Maximum Age (OBC-NCL): 48 years
  • Maximum Age (SC/ST): 50 years

Educational Qualification

Candidates must be domiciled in Assam or Arunachal Pradesh.

• Contractual Assistant Fitter:
  • Passed Class 10 from a recognized board.
  • Trade certificate in Fitter trade.
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in relevant mechanical work.
• Contractual Assistant Diesel Mechanic:
  • Passed Class 10 from a recognized board.
  • Trade certificate in Diesel Mechanic trade.
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Contractual Mechanical Supervisor:
  • Passed Class 10 from a recognized board.
  • Passed 03-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in operating and maintaining large machines and compressors.

How to Apply

Interested and eligible candidates must appear for a Walk-in-Practical/Skill Test cum Personal Assessment. The process is as follows:

1. Fill out the Personal Bio-Data form provided on the last two pages of the official notification.
2. Gather all original documents and a set of self-attested photocopies. This includes your identity proof, address proof, Class 10 certificate, qualification certificates, experience certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), etc.
3. Attach one recent 3cm x 3cm coloured photograph to the bio-data form.
4. Report to the venue on the scheduled date for your post.
   • Venue: Duliajan Club, Oil India Limited, Duliajan, Assam.
5. Complete the registration process at the venue between 07:00 AM and 09:00 AM. No candidate will be allowed to register after 09:00 AM.
