Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the specific age and educational qualifications for the post they are applying for. The cut-off date for eligibility is 04/08/2025.
Age Limit (as on 04/08/2025)
- Peon (Residential): 18 to 27 years. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.
- Reader (Legal) - Direct Posts: 35 to 40 years. Age relaxation for Ex-servicemen as per rules.
- Reader (Legal) - Departmental Posts: No upper age limit.
Educational Qualification

Peon (Residential):
- Passed Matriculation (10th) examination.
- Minimum one-year full-time diploma in cooking/culinary arts from a recognized institute.
- Three years of cooking experience in a prestigious hotel, restaurant, or government department.

Reader (Legal):
- Passed 10+2 examination with at least 60% marks in English.
- A degree in LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in the operation of computers (Word processing and Spreadsheet).
How to Apply
Follow these steps to complete your online application successfully:
- Go to the official application portal: phconapp.formflix.org.
- On the homepage, find the link for both "Recruitment for the Post of Reader (Legal)" and "DIRECT RECRUITMENT FOR THE POST OF PEON (RESIDENTIAL)". Click on "Click Here" button on the right side of the post you want to apply for.
- Carefully read the notification and then click the "Apply online" button.
- You will be directed to the registration page. Enter your basic details like Name, Category, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and E-mail ID.
- After cross-checking the details, click "Submit & Proceed to Applicant Login". A unique application number will be generated and sent to you via SMS/E-Mail.
- Click on the "Applicant Login" button and use your application number and Date of Birth to log in.
- You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the application fee online.
- After successful payment, proceed to fill in the remaining personal and academic details in the form.
- Upload a recent colour photograph (not older than 30 days, max 50 kb, jpg format) and a scanned signature (max 50 kb, jpg format).
- Review your entire application form. An edit option is available before final submission.
- Agree to the declaration and submit the application.
- Download and print the final application form by clicking the "PRINT APPLICATION" button for your future reference.
