Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

• Candidates must be within 25 years of age.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have a minimum of 55% marks in their respective qualifying examination.
• Candidates must have passed their qualifying examination within the last five years.
• Graduate Apprentice (Engineering): BE/BTech in Electronics/ Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering/ Computer Science Engineering/ Information Technology Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering.
• Graduate Apprentice (General Stream): Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Science in Physics.
• Diploma Apprentice (Technician): Diploma in Electronics/ Electronics and Communication.

How to Apply

Candidates must appear for a walk-in interview at the specified venue and time. Follow these steps:

1. Ensure you meet all eligibility criteria (age, qualification, marks, passing year).

2. Candidates must first be registered and approved on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) web portal by Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT), Mumbai.

3. Gather all required original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies. The list includes:

   • Duly Filled Application Form
   • 10th/12th Standard Marksheet
   • Qualifying Exam Passing Certificate & Marksheets (for all years)
   • Birth Date Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Birth Certificate)
   • Two Passport Size Photographs
   • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
   • Experience Certificates (if any)

4. Appear for the interview on the date scheduled for your discipline at SAMEER, IIT-B Campus, Powai, Mumbai - 400076. Be sure to arrive by the 9:00 AM reporting time.
