Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 21 to 37 years of age as of 01.01.2025. Age relaxation for SC/OBC/ESM/PwBD candidates will be applicable as per government rules.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess the following qualifications as of the closing date of application:
- A Graduate degree or its equivalent from a recognised University.
- A Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) of not less than 02 years, recognized by NCTE.
- Must have passed the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET).
- Certificate of ICT skill course i.e., Course on Computer Concepts (CCC) of 80 hours from a Government recognized institution. This condition must be satisfied before the appointment letter is issued.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on a merit list prepared from the marks obtained in an Objective Type Written Test.
- Written Test: A single objective type test of 150 marks will be conducted. The duration of the test will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- Qualifying Marks: The minimum qualifying mark is 40% for all candidates.
- Negative Marking: There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer.
- Interview: No interview will be conducted.
- Document Verification: Candidates will be called for the scrutiny of original documents based on the merit list.
