Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

The cut-off date for age calculation is 04/08/2025.

• Upper Age Limit: 28 years.
• Age Relaxation:
  • OBC (NCL) candidates: 3 years relaxation.
  • Candidates with relevant post-qualification experience can get a relaxation of one year for every completed year of experience, up to a maximum of 7 years (maximum age limit of 35 years).

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed PUC/Inter (under the 10+2 system) from a recognised Institution/Board.
• Must possess a valid Certificate of Training in First Aid from the Indian Red Cross or St. John's Ambulance Association as on 04/08/2025. The training duration must be 16 hours or more.
• Important Note: Candidates possessing qualifications higher than those required are not eligible to apply.

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of the following stages:

1. Written Test: A written test of 2.5 hours duration will be conducted in Kolkata. The test will have 3 parts:
   • Part-I: 20 MCQs on General Awareness.
   • Part-II: 40 MCQs on English & Reasoning.
   • Part-III: 100 MCQs on the concerned discipline.
   • There is no negative marking.
2. Document Verification: Candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for document verification based on merit.
3. Pre-Employment Medical Examination: Provisionally selected candidates must clear a medical examination.

1. Visit the official HAL website: https://www.hal-india.co.in.
2. The application link will be active from 08:00 hrs on 04/08/2025 to 23:45 hrs on 19/08/2025.
3. Pay the application fee of Rs. 200/- through RTGS using the bank details provided in the notification.
4. Fill out the online application form with all the required details, including the transaction reference number of the fee payment.
5. Upload necessary documents and submit the application.
6. An acknowledgement with an Application Reference Number will be generated. Print a copy of the submitted application for future reference.
