Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025)
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years
A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1997 and not later than 01.08.2005 (both dates inclusive). Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.
Educational Qualification (as on 21.08.2025)
- Graduation: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification.
- Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) in the official language of the State/UT they are applying for.
- Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge of computer systems is mandatory. Candidates should have a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/language or should have studied Computer/IT as a subject in High School/College/Institute.
Selection Process
The selection process for the IBPS Customer Service Associate will consist of three stages:
- Online Preliminary Examination: An objective test of 60 minutes.
- Online Main Examination: Candidates shortlisted from the prelims will appear for the main exam. Marks obtained in the Main examination only will be considered for the final merit list.
- Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT): Conducted after the main exam but before joining the bank. This test is qualifying in nature.

- On the homepage, click on the link "CRP CSA" and then select "CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP- Customer Service Associates (CRP-CSA-XV)".
- Click on "CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION" and enter your basic information.
- A provisional registration number and password will be generated and sent to your email and mobile number.
- Log in and fill out the detailed application form. Upload your photograph, signature, left thumb impression, a handwritten declaration, and other required certificates as per the specified format.
- Verify all the details carefully before final submission.
- Pay the required application fee through the online payment gateway.
- After successful payment, take a printout of the e-receipt and the final application form for future reference.
