Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Additional Director/Professor: Below 50 years
- Deputy Director/Assistant Professor (Technical): Not exceeding 40 years
- Assistant Director/Lecturer (Technical): Not exceeding 35 years
- Assistant Director (Administration): Not exceeding 35 years
- Technical Assistant: Not exceeding 30 years
- Clerk: Not exceeding 25 years
- Junior Assistant: Not exceeding 25 years
- Assistant Director (Library) & Section Officer (Hindi): Maximum 56 years (for deputation)
- Age Relaxation: Age is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates as per government rules.
Educational Qualification
- Additional Director/Professor: Ph.D. in Packaging/Applied Science with 12 years of experience OR Master's Degree in Technology/Science with 15 years of experience.
- Deputy Director/Assistant Professor (Technical): Ph.D. with 8 years experience OR Master's Degree with 10 years experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 12 years experience in a relevant field.
- Assistant Director/Lecturer (Technical): Ph.D. with 3 years experience OR Master's Degree with 5 years experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 7 years experience in a relevant field.
- Assistant Director (Administration): Master's Degree or PG Diploma in Management/Commerce/Arts/Science/Law/HR with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Assistant: Degree or Diploma/Certificate in Technology/Science/Packaging or a related scientific area.
- Clerk: A degree from a recognized university and a typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.
- Junior Assistant: A degree from a recognized university and a typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.
- Assistant Director (Library): Post-Graduation Degree in Library Science/Information Science with 3 years of experience.
- Section Officer (Hindi): Master's Degree in Hindi/English with relevant experience in translation work.
Selection Process
The selection process will vary depending on the post and may include:
- Assessment of skills (for teaching/research posts)
- Skill Test (for Technical Assistant)
- Typing Test (for Clerk and Junior Assistant)
- Interview

- After submitting the online form, take a printout.
- Prepare a Demand Draft for the application fee as applicable.
- Send the hard copy of the application form along with the Demand Draft and self-attested copies of all required documents.
- The sealed envelope should be superscribed with “Application for the post of .......".
