Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- The upper age limit for all posts is 29 years as of 17.09.2025.
- Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India directives.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have at least one year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field for all posts.
- Field Engineer (Electrical): Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical discipline or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Field Engineer (Civil): Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil discipline or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Field Supervisor (Electrical): Full-time Diploma in Electrical or equivalent discipline from a recognized Technical Board/Institute with a minimum of 55% marks. Note: Higher technical qualifications like B.Tech/BE are not allowed.
- Field Supervisor (Civil): Full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Technical Board/Institute with a minimum of 55% marks. Note: Higher technical qualifications like B.Tech/BE are not allowed.
- Field Supervisor (Electronics & Communication): Full-time Diploma in Electrical/Electronics & Communication/Information Technology or equivalent from a recognized Technical Board/Institute with a minimum of 55% marks. Note: Higher technical qualifications like B.Tech/BE are not allowed.
Selection Process
The selection process consists of a Written Test for all posts.
- For Field Engineer Posts: Candidates who qualify the Written Test will be shortlisted for a personal interview. The final merit list will be prepared based on performance in the interview only.
- For Field Supervisor Posts: The selection will be based purely on the marks obtained in the Written Test.
