Application Fees
A one-time registration (OTR) fee is applicable:
- General (Unreserved) / Creamy Layer of BC/MBC: ₹ 600/-
- Reserved Categories (SC/ST/Non-creamy layer BC/MBC/EWS): ₹ 400/-
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD): ₹ 400/-
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Candidates must be between 21 and 40 years of age as of 01/01/2026.
- Age relaxation for various reserved categories is applicable as per Rajasthan government rules.
- Special Relaxation: Candidates who were over the age limit on 01/01/2026 but would have been eligible on 01/01/2023 (as per the last advertisement in 2022) will be given an additional relaxation of two years in the upper age limit.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Four years Bachelor's degree in Agriculture/Horticulture recognized by the UGC.
- Post Graduate degree in the relevant subject of Agriculture/Horticulture recognized by the UGC.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from an institution recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education.
- Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari Script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be done through a competitive examination. The exam will consist of two papers, and there will be negative marking for incorrect answers.
