Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- For Deputy Registrar: 50 years
- For Estate Officer: 35 years
- For Junior Engineer (Civil): 35 years
- For Librarian: Not specified in the notification.
Note: Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India rules.
Educational Qualification
- Librarian (Granthagarika): A Master's Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55% marks, a Ph.D. in a relevant field, and a minimum of ten years of relevant experience.
- Deputy Registrar: A Master's Degree with at least 55% marks and five years of experience as an Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post (Pay Level 10 and above).
- Estate Officer: A second-class Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and maintenance.
- Junior Engineer (Civil): A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology in a relevant field with one year of relevant experience OR a Diploma in Engineering in the relevant field with three years of relevant experience.
Selection Process
The selection process will vary by post:
- Librarian: As per UGC Regulations 2018.
- Deputy Registrar: Written Test (70% weightage) and Interview (30% weightage).
- Estate Officer: Written Test only.
- Junior Engineer (Civil): Written Test and Skill Test.
