Application Fees

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

• The upper age limit is 32 years as of 01.08.2025.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 1-year cumulative post-qualification relevant work experience.

Age Relaxation:

• ST: 5 years
• PwBD (General): 10 years
• PwBD (ST): 15 years
• Candidates domiciled in J&K (1980-1989): 5 years
• Ex-Servicemen: As per Government rules.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must possess a Full-Time Diploma in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks (50% for ST) or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/Institution.
• Discipline-wise requirements:
  • Sub-Assembly Production (Wave Soldering): Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • CNC Programming/Operation: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • External Services: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Computer Science Engineering.

A minimum of one year of post-qualification experience in the relevant area is mandatory.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on a Personal Interview.

• If the number of eligible applicants is in a ratio of up to 1:10 to the number of vacancies, all eligible candidates will be called for the interview.
• If the ratio exceeds 1:10, candidates will be shortlisted for the interview based on the aggregate marks obtained in their Diploma qualification.

3. Pay the applicable non-refundable fee of Rs. 236/- online via SBI Collect.
4. Enter the receipt/journal number obtained after payment into the online application form.
5. After final submission, print the completed application form which will have a unique acknowledgement number.
6. Send the hard copy of the application form along with the fee receipt (if applicable) to the following address:
   “AGM (HR), Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Electronics Division, P. B. No. 2606, Mysore Road, Bengaluru-560026”.
7. The envelope should be superscribed as "Application for Appointment as Supervisor on Fixed Tenure Basis- [FTA Position Code]".
8. The application must reach the destination by 22.09.2025.
