Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 35 years as on 22.09.2025.
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
  • OBC-NCL Candidates: 3 years
  • Relaxation for Serving Central Govt. Employees and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) is applicable as per government rules.

Educational Qualification

• Project Scientist-I (Post Code 01):

  • Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) in Agricultural Sciences.
  • OR
  • M.E/ M.Tech in Agricultural Engineering / Agricultural Information Technology with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale.

• Project Associate-I (Post Code 02):

  • M.Sc. in Geo-informatics/ Remote Sensing / GIS with a minimum of 65% marks or CGPA of 6.84 on a 10-point scale.
  • OR
  • B.Tech. in Agriculture Information Technology/ Geo-informatics/ Agricultural Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks or CGPA of 6.84 on a 10-point scale.

• Project Associate-I (Post Code 03):

  • B.Tech in Computer Science/ Data Science with a minimum of 65% marks or CGPA of 6.84 on a 10-point scale.

• Project Associate-I (Post Code 04):

  • M.Sc. in Agricultural Sciences (with specializations in Agricultural Meteorology/ Physics/ Agronomy/ Crop Physiology/ Soil Science/ Plant Pathology/ Statistics/ Economics/ Analytics/ Informatics/ Technology) with a minimum of 65% marks or CGPA of 6.84 on a 10-point scale.

Selection Process
