Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 18 to 33 years of age as of 01.10.2025. The upper age limit is relaxable for reserved category candidates as per Tamil Nadu Government Rules.
Educational Qualification
- Supervisor: Must have a three-year regular Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline with at least 60% marks from a Government or Government-Aided Polytechnic in Tamil Nadu.
- Technician: Must have passed Matriculation/Class 12th and possess an ITI (NCVT/SCVT) certificate in the specified trade with a minimum of 60% marks from a Government or Government-Aided ITI in Tamil Nadu.
Note: Candidates from private polytechnics or private ITIs are not eligible to apply.

Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on Merit-cum-Reservation. The process includes:
- Document Verification
- Screening Test (including a qualifying Tamil Language Reading, Writing, and Speaking Proficiency Test)
- Medical Examination
How to Apply
Interested and eligible candidates must attend the Walk-In Screening in person.

- Gather all original documents (10th certificate, Diploma/ITI mark sheets, Caste certificate, ID proof, etc.) and one set of self-attested photocopies.

Salary
The selected candidates will be engaged on a Fixed Term Contract basis for 3 years with the following monthly Cost to Company (CTC):
- Supervisor: Rs. 30,000/- per month.
- Technician: Rs. 27,014/- per month.
