Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria as of 01/07/2025.

Educational Qualification & Experience
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute. Professional qualifications like CA, Cost Accountant, Engineering, or Medical are also eligible.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank. Experience in NBFCs, cooperative banks, Payment Banks, etc., will not be considered.
- Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) in the local language of the state they are applying for.

| Pay Scale | The full pay scale is ₹48,480 – ₹85,920. This means your basic pay will increase regularly over the years as per the bank's rules. |
| Allowances | In addition to the basic pay, you will get Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), and other benefits. These allowances significantly increase your total monthly "in-hand" salary. |
| Advance Increment | If you have one or more years of experience as an officer, you will get one extra increment in your starting pay. |
| Probation Period | You will be on probation for 1 year after joining. |
| Service Bond | You must sign a bond to work for the bank for at least 3 years. If you leave before that, a penalty of ₹5,00,000 + tax will be charged. |
