Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025)

  • Manager - Sales: Minimum 24 years, Maximum 34 years
  • Officer - Agriculture Sales: Minimum 24 years, Maximum 36 years
  • Manager - Agriculture Sales: Minimum 26 years, Maximum 42 years
  • Note: Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.

Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Manager - Sales:

    • Mandatory: Graduation in any discipline.
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales in Banking and Financial institutions, exclusively in liabilities products.
    • Preferred: MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Sales / Banking.
  • Officer - Agriculture Sales:

    • Mandatory: 4-year Degree (graduation) in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ Fishery Science/ Pisciculture/ Agri. Marketing & Cooperation/ Co-operation & Banking/ Agro-Forestry/ Forestry/ Agricultural Biotechnology/ B.Tech Biotechnology / Food Science / Agriculture Business Management / Food Technology / Dairy Technology /Agricultural Engineering/ Sericulture / Fisheries Engineering.
    • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Agri Sales, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Manager - Agriculture Sales:

    • Mandatory: Same educational qualifications as Officer - Agriculture Sales.
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Agri Sales, preferably in the BFSI sector.
    • Preferable: Two Year Full Time Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Agri Business/Rural Management/Finance.

Selection Process

The selection process may include an Online Test, followed by a Group Discussion (GD) and/or Personal Interview (PI).

  • The Online Test will have four sections: Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Professional Knowledge.
  • Reasoning, English, and Quantitative Aptitude sections are qualifying in nature. Marks from these sections will not be counted for the final merit list.
  • The merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the Professional Knowledge test and subsequent GD/PI.
  • The bank reserves the right to modify the selection process based on the number of applications received.
