Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Candidates must be between 22 to 35 years of age as of July 31, 2025.
- Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government guidelines.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) from a recognized university OR Chartered Accountant.
- Desirable Qualification: Professional qualifications like CMA/CFA/ICWA and certifications like JAIIB/CAIIB are desirable.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification work experience as an officer in any Scheduled Public Sector Bank or Scheduled Private Sector Bank is mandatory. Experience in credit-related areas or as a Branch Head/In-charge is preferred.
Selection Process
The selection process for the Generalist Officer Scale II post will consist of two stages:
- Online Examination: An objective test of 150 marks.
- Interview: A personal interview of 100 marks.
Final selection will be based on the combined scores of the online exam and interview, with a weightage of 75:25 respectively.
