Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Candidates shall not exceed 27 years of age as on 01.08.2025.
- Candidates should be born on or after 01.08.1998.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must be Graduates from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State legislature in India or other recognized educational institutions.
- A minimum aggregate of 50% or above is required throughout Class X, Class XII / Diploma, and Graduation.
- The graduation course must be of a minimum of 3 years duration after Higher Secondary schooling.
Other Criteria
- Domicile: Candidates must be domiciled in Gujarat, Telangana, West Bengal, or Delhi NCR.
- Driving License: Candidates must possess a valid Indian Driving License (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) as on 01.08.2025. A Learner's License is not valid.
- Nationality: Only citizens of India are eligible.
Selection Process
The selection process for the Associate Officer (Sales) post will consist of the following stages:
- Centre-based Online Aptitude Test: The test will have 5 sections (Sales Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Computer Awareness, English Proficiency, General Knowledge) with 10 questions each. The total duration for these 50 questions is 45 minutes.
- Behavioral Assessment: This is a mandatory 15-minute assessment immediately following the aptitude test.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the online tests will be called for a personal interview.
Each selection round will be an elimination stage.
