Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Candidates must be between 18 and 25 years of age as of the closing date of application (02/09/2025).

- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBDs: UR - 10 years, OBC - 13 years, SC/ST - 15 years
- ESM: Period of Military Service + 3 years
- Departmental Candidates: Up to 40 years (45 for SC/ST)
- Widows/Divorced Women: Up to 35 years (40 for SC/ST)
Educational Qualification
This recruitment is exclusively for ex-Naval apprentices. Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Matriculation (10th Pass) or equivalent from a recognized board with knowledge of English.

Apprenticeship Training in the relevant trade from a Naval
Yard Apprentice School.
OR
Mechanic or equivalent with two years of regular service in the appropriate Technical Branch of the Army, Navy, or Air Force.
Selection Process
The selection process for the Tradesman Skilled post will consist of the following stages:
- Written Examination: All eligible candidates will be called for a written test. The exam will consist of objective-type questions.
- Document Verification: Provisionally selected candidates will be called for pre-appointment formalities, including the verification of original documents.
