Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 14.07.2025)
- For Grade 'A' Officers: 21 to 30 years. Candidates must be born not earlier than 14.07.1995 and not later than 15.07.2004.
- For Grade 'B' Officers: 25 to 33 years. Candidates must be born not earlier than 14.07.1992 and not later than 15.07.2000.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules for reserved categories.
Educational Qualification
The cut-off date for determining eligibility for educational qualification and experience is August 11, 2025.
Assistant Manager Grade 'A' (General)

Path 1 (with Experience):
- Graduation in Commerce/ Economics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Business Administration/ Engineering with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- OR Company Secretary (CS) / Certified Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA) / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
- Experience: At least two years' experience as an officer in credit-related fields in specified financial institutions.

Path 2 (without Experience):
- Chartered Accountant (CA).
- OR MBA/PGDM (full-time 2 years) in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.
- Note: Post-qualification work experience is not required for candidates with CA or MBA/PGDM qualifications.
Manager Grade 'B' (General)
- Qualification: Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) OR Post-Graduation with minimum 55% marks (pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Experience: At least five years of experience as an officer in RBI, SEBI, All India Financial Institutions, Scheduled Commercial Banks, or registered NBFCs.
Manager Grade 'B' (Legal)
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Law with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD) and enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
- Experience: At least five years' post-bachelor's degree experience as a Law Officer in the Legal Department of specified financial institutions, public sector enterprises, or registered NBFCs.
Manager Grade 'B' (Information Technology)
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (Computer Science/IT/Electronics) OR MCA, with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Experience: At least five years of experience as an IT/System Officer in specified financial institutions, listed companies, or registered NBFCs. This must include at least 2 years of specialized experience in areas like AI/ML, Full Stack Development, IT Security, or IT Infrastructure.

- Click on the "APPLY ONLINE" link for the "Recruitment of Officers in Grade 'A' and Grade 'B' - 2025".
- Choose the tab "Click here for New Registration" and enter your basic details to get a provisional registration number and password.
- Log in and fill out the online application form carefully. Use the "SAVE AND NEXT" feature to save your progress.
- Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration as per the specified format.
- Verify all details in the application form before final submission by clicking the "COMPLETE REGISTRATION" button.
- Proceed to the 'Payment' tab and pay the application fee online using Debit/Credit Card, Internet Banking, etc.
- After successful payment, an e-receipt will be generated. Take a printout of the e-receipt and the final application form for your records.
