Application Fees

• SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/DESM candidates: ₹175/- (Inclusive of GST)

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as on 01.09.2025)

• For Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Above 21 years - Below 40 years.
• For Officer Scale-II (Manager): Above 21 years - Below 32 years.
• For Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Above 18 years - Below 30 years.
• For Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Between 18 years and 28 years.

Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.

Educational Qualification

• Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB is required. Working knowledge of Computer is desirable.
• Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, etc. Proficiency in the local language is required.
• Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Two years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution is required.
• Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers):
  • IT Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Communication/Computer Science/IT with 50% marks. One year of relevant experience.
  • Chartered Accountant: Certified Associate (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. One year of experience as a Chartered Accountant.
  • Law Officer: Degree in Law with a minimum of 50% marks. Two years of experience as an advocate or Law Officer.
  • Treasury Manager: Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance. One year of relevant experience.
  • Marketing Officer: MBA in Marketing. One year of relevant experience.
  • Agricultural Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Dairy/Animal Husbandry etc., with 50% marks. Two years of relevant experience.
• Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution is required.

Selection Process

• For Office Assistants (Multipurpose): The selection will be based on a two-tier examination process: Preliminary and Main Examination.
• For Officer Scale-I: The selection process includes a Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and a Common Interview.
• For Officers Scale-II and III: The selection will be based on a Single Level Examination followed by a Common Interview.

2. On the homepage, click on the link “CRP for RRBs”.
3. Select the appropriate application link for either "OFFICERS (Scale-I, II and III)" or "OFFICE ASSISTANTS (Multipurpose)".
4. Click on "CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION" and enter your basic information.
5. Log in using the generated provisional registration number and password.
6. Fill out the online application form with all the required details.
7. Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration as per the specified guidelines.
8. Pay the application fee online.
9. Review and submit the application form.
10. Take a printout of the final application form and e-receipt for future reference.
