Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

• The maximum age for all posts is 27 years as of 01/08/2025.
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC-NCL: 3 years
  • PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 years
  • PwBD (OBC-NCL): 13 years
  • PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
  • Other relaxations are applicable as per government norms.

Educational Qualification

For Assistant Manager (E2):

• Management: 2 years full-time MBA/MMS/PG Degree or PG Diploma in relevant fields with 60% marks.
• Finance: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
• HR/ Personnel: 2 years full-time MBA/MMS/PG Degree or PG Diploma with specialization in HR/Personnel Management etc., with 60% marks.
• Law: Full-time Degree in Law (3 years or 5 years) with 60% marks.
• Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical): 4 years full-time Bachelor’s Degree in the respective Engineering discipline with 60% marks.
• Engineering (IT): 4 years full-time Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or 2 years MCA with 60% marks.
• Fire & Security: 4 years full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Fire & Safety Engineering with 60% marks.
• Naval Architect: 4 years full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture with 60% marks.
• Company Secretary: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI.

For Executive (E0):

• Finance: 3 years full-time BBA/BMS/Bachelor's degree with specialization in Finance/Accounts with 60% marks.
• HR/ Personnel: 3 years full-time BBA/BMS with specialization in Personnel Management/HR etc., with 60% marks.
• Mass Communication: 3 years full-time BBA/BMS/Bachelor's degree with specialization in Mass Communication with 60% marks.
• Hindi: Master's Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level, OR Master's Degree in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level (other options available in the notification).

Note: A minimum of one (1) year of post-qualification experience is mandatory for Executive (E0) posts and desirable for Assistant Manager (E2) posts.

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of three stages:

1. Stage I: Online Examination (OE)
2. Stage II: Group Discussion (GD) (Elimination Round)
3. Stage III: Personal Interview (PI) (Elimination Round)
   Final merit will be based on the weightage of 70:10:20 for the Online Exam, GD, and PI respectively.
