Educational Qualification
Candidates must have the required educational qualifications and post-qualification experience as mentioned below:
- Chief Technology Officer: Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology (Computer Science/IT/etc.) or MCA. Minimum 15 years of experience in IT-related areas.
- Chief Information Security Officer: Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology or MCA, with mandatory certifications like CISA/CISM/CISSP. Minimum 15 years of experience in IT/Information Security.
- Chief Risk Officer: Graduate/Postgraduate in Economics/Statistics/Finance/Business or MBA/PGDM or CA/CS. Minimum 20 years of experience in the BFSI sector.
- Head: Learning and Development: CA/Cost and Management Accountant/CS/MBA. Minimum 15 years of experience in Training/HR/Learning & Development.
- Administrator: Learning & Development: CA/Cost and Management Accountant/CS/MBA. Minimum 12 years of experience in Training/HR/Learning & Development.
- Senior Tax Officer: Chartered Accountant. Minimum 10 years of experience in handling tax matters.
- Senior Application Developer: B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Tech./B.Sc./M.Sc. in CS/IT. Minimum 4 years of post-qualification work experience.
- Application Developer: B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Tech./B.Sc./M.Sc. in CS/IT. Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience.
