Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 35 years as of 01.06.2025.
• Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PWD and other categories is applicable as per Government of India rules.

Educational Qualification

• Technical Manager (Mechanical/Metallurgy/Electrical & Electronics):

  • Essential: Masters (M.Tech.) in the respective engineering discipline from an AICTE-approved institution with at least 7 years of experience in a steel plant.
  • Note: As per the addendum, in case an M.Tech. candidate is not available, a candidate with a B.E. / B.Tech. in the desired field may be considered for the post.

• HR Manager:

  • MBA in Human Resource Management (Regular) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resources and Administration.

• Technical Assistant to Director:

  • Engineering Graduate (preferably in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Electronics) from an AICTE-approved institution with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Iron and Steel industry.
  • A one-year diploma/certificate in computer application is a desirable skill.
