Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Not exceeding 35 years as of the last date of submission of the application.
- Age relaxation is admissible as per Central Government rules.
Educational Qualification
- Essential: Master's degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA / UGC point scale with a good academic record from a recognized University / Institute.

- Qualification in the area of Management / Engineering / Law.
- Experience of working in an E-Office system.
- A Chartered or Cost Accountant for the post of Assistant Registrar (Finance & Accounts).
Selection Process
The selection procedure may consist of a screening test and/or presentation and/or an interview. The Institute reserves the right to restrict the number of applicants called for the selection process.
How to Apply

- Fill out the application form in block letters and affix a recent color photograph.
- Pay the requisite application fee to the bank account mentioned in the notification and keep the receipt.
- Scan the duly filled application form, fee receipt, and all self-certified supporting documents (Degrees, Certificates, age proof, experience certificates, ID card, etc.) into a single PDF file.
- Open the online Google Form link provided in the notification.
- Fill in the required details in the Google Form and upload the single PDF file.
- Submit the form on or before September 18, 2025, by 5:00 p.m.
- Candidates currently employed in Government/Autonomous Bodies/PSUs must apply through the proper channel and submit an advance copy online. They will need to produce a "No Objection Certificate" (NOC) at the time of the interview.
