Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Group A (Except Assistant Librarian): 40 years
- Assistant Librarian: Below 62 years
- Group B: 35 years
- Group C: 32 years
Age Relaxation: Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India norms:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwBD (UR): 10 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 years
Educational Qualification
- Assistant Librarian: Master's Degree in Library Science (or equivalent) with at least 55% marks, a good academic record, and must have cleared the NET/SLET/SET or hold a Ph.D.
- Assistant Registrar: Master's Degree with at least 55% marks.
- System Programmer: B.E./B.Tech with 5 years of programming experience OR M.E./M.Tech/MCA with 3 years of programming experience.
- Senior Assistant: Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience as an Office Assistant/UDC or equivalent. Proficiency in typing and computer applications.
- Office Assistant: Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience. Must have a typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.
- Junior Office Assistant: Bachelor's Degree with proficiency in computer operations and a typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.
- Laboratory Assistant: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling sophisticated scientific instruments.
- Laboratory Attendant: 10+2 with Science stream OR 10th Pass with Science and a skill certificate in Laboratory Technology.
- Library Attendant: 10+2 or equivalent with a Certificate course in Library Science and 1 year of relevant experience.

Selection Process
The selection process involves a multi-stage evaluation. Candidates will first appear for an objective-type written test (Paper-I). Those who qualify will have their descriptive test (Paper-II) evaluated. Candidates who clear both papers will be called for a Skill Test, which is qualifying in nature. For certain Group A and B posts, there is also a final interview.
